• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Certain items such as bedding, rugs, and other hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, unless faulty.
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days, subject to inspection.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
